Senior Project Conference Sales Executive

PROTEMP Exhibition and Conferences, an ISO 9001:2008 certified exhibition and conference company is looking for suitable candidates for the position of SENIOR PROJECT CONFERENCE SALES EXECUTIVE.


Responsible for handling overall sales of conference projects that are organised and managed by the company. The candidate is also expected to work with the team on daily running of the conference department which includes the administration and adherence to company’s policy and quality objectives according to ISO9001:2008.

Sales of Conference Projects

  • Selling of conference projects to potential customers
  • Telesales (Daily telesales of a minimum 80 successful calls per day)
  • Direct sales pitching to highly potential customers
  • Provide relevant information to client as requested such as faxing/emailing/mailing of these information on a timely basis
  • Continuously building and updating existing database on potential customers through research
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving project sales targes and project objectives
  • Prepare sales report analysis for timely submission
  • Report on sales progress at departmental/project sales meetings
  • Presentation of sales statictics and projections to project team and management
  • Monitor and report on market and competitors’ events or activities
  • Follow up with payment from customers
  • Work with project team and other internal departments to ensure deliverables for sponsors, project stakeholders, etc. are met.
  • Delegates registration
  • Filing of project documents according to company’s adoption of ISO9001:2008 system
  • Monitor continuous implementation of ISO system

  • Highly responsible and disciplined
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales
  • Able to generate sales report and analysis
  • Comfortable in presenting statistic and data in meetings
  • Preferably experience in doing sales projection and planning
  • Able to meet deadlines with immaculate expected outcome
  • Good spoken and written English
