If you enjoy the challenges of the exhibition and conference industry, working within tight datelines, and has a flair for creative marketing and promotion, we would like to hear from you.


  • Prepare A&P plans for exhibition and conference projects
  • Execute A&P plans within tight schedules
  • Support event promotion through online media, press releases, etc.
  • Write press releases and promotional materials independently
  • Seek partnerships with trade bodies, foreign trade offices, etc. to generate awareness to targeted industry groups
  • Promote events within the A&P budget
  • Arrange media interviews, press conferences, to generate publicity in the mass media.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Mass Communications/PR
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Excellent oral and written English is a prerequisite
  • Must be able to write press releases and A&P materials independently
  • Well organized and attends to details
  • Female working environment
