EVENTS MANAGER
We invite applicants for the post of Events Manager to manage overseas and local business events (trade exhibitions, conferences and awards). Your responsibilities include project management from the start to the end of the event. You will lead a project team. If you are passionate in working in the business events/trade exhibition industry, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Managing international and local tradeshows, conferences and award programs
- Sponsorship management
- Work closely with Marketing team
- Work closely with our local and international customers and stakeholders including government ministries and agencies, associations, international sales agents, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers etc.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in marketing/business management or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience in marketing/events industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Be able to work independently
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Are you interested in delivering successful Trade Exhibitions and Business Events? We would like to invite applicants for the position of Events Executive. We are looking for someone who is passionate about executing and delivering successful business events. Your work will involve delivering successful events such as trade exhibitions, conferences, awards, and other sidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execution successful business events – physical and virtual.
- Attend to customers and ensure their smooth participation and onboarding.
- Identify new leads and reach out to potential clients.
- Create opportunities for customers to promote their brands at our events.
- Co-ordinate events logistics.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business/Events Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- IT savvy.
- Excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for managing
local and international customers and stakeholders. - Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
We are an established business events company based in Kota Damansara. We produce and manage hybrid trade exhibitions, conferences and awards. We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our Project Team to deliver digital events and recommend solutions for business processes. This is a new position created to support the growth in delivering digital experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage virtual events platforms and online platforms
- Plan virtual events requirements
- Recommend solutions to improve work processes
- Organise and manage virtual meetings and webinars
- Work within the project team to organise content
- Trouble shooting and manage suppliers
Requirements
- IT background
- Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
- Passionate about events and continuously seek for ideas and better technologies
- Able to host zoom meetings and webinars
- Good knowledge and experience in Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Willing to learn new skills
- Attention to details and able to organise data and information
- Basic video editing
